Making Money Using Free Image
Uploading
You may have known you can share great photos with your
family using free image uploading programs,
but did you ever think of the fact that you can make money with
these programs as well?
Today, there are more and more successful businesses being
run online. Many of them are specialized businesses with their
own website storefronts. Others don't even have their own
sites. These companies often go through online sales auction
sites like eBay to make their sales.
So, how does that work?
Well, the process is relatively simple. Many of these people
take items from their home that are in great condition, or
collectibles, that they no longer want or need, and decide to
find an audience of people who will want or need those
items.
This is done by logging onto the sales or auction website
and making a listing for the item. This listing will detail
what the item is, what it can do, what condition it is in and
any other pertinent information that the seller would like to
offer to try and entice the buyer to put in a bid or purchase
the item.
While words a great, as the old adage says ' a picture is
worth a thousand words'. For this reason, many of these online
sales and auction companies are allowing people free image
uploading so they can add pictures to go alongside of those
item descriptions.
The difference this makes in the success of selling an item
is substantial. While you may think that if you know what you
want you don’t have to see it to know you want it, the truth
is, people like to see things. No matter how detailed you may
have created your description of the item, they want to be sure
that they are going to be getting exactly what they think they
are going to be getting.
When it comes to collectibles, they want to know just what
condition it is in, as a slight scratch, chip or tear can
substantially change the worth of an item in the collectibles
market.
With this said, you need to make sure you take good
pictures, as just any old picture will not make the best
impact. Here are a few things to remember when taking pictures
of these items.
Focus – Often when you try to take photos of items that are
close to the camera, you may notice it's a little blurry. Check
your camera for a 'close' setting that will help the camera
bring the item into better focus.
Light – Many pictures are too dark to be easily seen on the
auction websites. Remember the first picture many will see is a
small, thumbnail sized image. Your pictures must be well lit so
they are clear and easy to see.
This year, your spring cleaning can be more profitable than
ever before, by taking those extra items from around the house
and using free image uploading to get the old
items out of your house, into someone else's, and get new money
in your pockets.
